Torfaen’s commitment to improving workplace wellbeing takes a major step forward with the launch of a dedicated Wellbeing Hub at Mamhilad Park Estate, welcoming its first two occupiers: Case UK and OH-One.
Set to officially open next month, the Wellbeing Hub provides flexible space for up to 15 organisations, with units starting from 140 sq ft and £245 + VAT per month. Designed for businesses focused on health, wellbeing, and workplace support, the Hub offers an ideal base for organisations looking to start up, scale, or co-locate in a supportive environment.
Case UK, specialists in mental and physical workplace wellbeing, will operate from a new office and physiotherapy suite at the site. They provide a Welsh Government-funded in-work support service for both employers and the self-employed, offering rapid access to physiotherapy, psychological and occupational therapy. Their services aim to improve employee health, reduce sickness absence, and support individuals to remain in work.
Joining them is OH-One, who deliver occupational health and wellbeing services to businesses across the UK. Two physiotherapists will be based at the Hub five days a week, with services already available from a temporary suite. As a welcome offer, OH-One is offering staff at Mamhilad Park Estate physiotherapy sessions for just £20 (usually £55) until 31 May. Appointments can be booked and then confirmed by emailing physio@OH-One.co.uk.
The launch of the Wellbeing Hub is part of Mamhilad Park Estate’s continued investment in supporting a thriving business community. Already home to 150 organisations and 2,000 workers, the 140-acre estate includes a wide range of amenities such as a café, nursery, gym, training centre, meeting rooms and more.
